Xpertics Solutions offers its customers 24x7 technical support, in French covering the solutions implemented on top or iin addition to the technical support of the manufacturer of the products. We have several customers who already use our support center throughout the province of Quebec. In particular, we help customers to deal with unexpected failures, incidents, problems and changes such as upgrades or software patches. We currently cover our customers' requests for the following solutions:

We offer our services via a platform available online for recording and tracking queries and and via dedicated 1-800 phone numbers in accordance with ITIL standards.
